Welcome to the LIVE RECORDING page. Here we lay out why the GOFORBROKE way is cheaper than studio. Chances are, your fans are use to hearing you in the "magical" live setting. That is when all the cards are on the table. Your blood, sweat, tears, laughter and hard work is stripped bare for all the world to see. It is raw emotion and adrenaline that your fans get at that time. Give them the memories that they can listen to over and over. Capture the beast as it feeds, with a Live set recording from GOFORBROKE Productions. We'll pull the sound from where you place it, your soundboard. We control the sound you send us for that live feel in digital audio. Mixed with ambient mics in the room, feel the beast take over and the music come alive.That is something your fans can appreciate hearing again and again. Our process takes the sound from your board without interfering with your output. It's raw and real. Our equipment is non invasive, which means a crew of only one or two will be on hand for your show.That keeps the costs low.
We'll set up with you, get the basic levels while you run through your sound check. This is your gig, not ours. It's your music on the line so why should you make special arrangements to record the show such as set up times and rehersals set by the studio recording you. As well, a studio will charge you by the hour, whether it is your warm up session or the event itself. GOFORBROKE Productions will never charge by the hour. That is expensive and non productive. We have a small fee and aggreement package that is set prior to the event. We try to keep our fees in the single and double digits, not the 3 to 4 digit area. It's your sound and our reputation that is on the line and we will never forget that.
